Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
